• Production begins only once payment has been received.
• Because of the bespoke nature of our garments, returns are not possible. Instead, our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee ensures we will adjust or remake your shirt until you are delighted.
• Any duties or customs fees are the client’s responsibility.
